Battlefield Location:

Inter River Park, North Vancouver.

The Beer Gardens will now be in the

Lacrosse Rink.

Heat Time:

Please ensure you are in the proper heat.

Changes and/or Replacements

All changes must be made by Tuesday May 8th at 11:55 pm

No changes will be accepted after that.

No Changes at Package Pick up on Thursday or Friday or on Race Day May 12th 2012.

Bag Check:

Also there will be very limited baggage check at the venue.

Washrooms:

There will be some adjacent to the Beer Gardens (Lacrosse Box) and some down by the Start / Finish area.

Awards  

Awards will take place immediately following the last competitor finishing. Estimated at 3:30 PM or earlier .

Fun Awards will be throughout the event day.

Remember to get dressed up as we will be giving out awards for the best team and individual costume as well as the best and worst Abs

Fitness Challenge

Fitness Town will be providing some fitness challenges throughout the day in the main expo area.

Wash Off Area

District of North Vancouver Firefighters in uniform will be hosing participants off near the Beer Gardens(Lacrosse Box).  Please bring

some change or cash and donate to Muscular Dystrophy.
